Well, right now, I'm thinking that we are using "Struts Classic" as a nickname for the set of seven subprojects that we extracted from Struts 1.2.8. But, we probably do want to drop the draft release plan for "StrutsClassic131", since 1.3.0 would probably be the only release of "Struts Classic" as such. After this, each of the subprojects can be released independantly under their own release plans.
