I want to use properties file in UTF-8 encoded file so that I need not run
the native2ascii tool while building. Since the current implementation of
PropertyMessageResources uses java.util.Properties, it is not allowing non
Latin-1 characters.
I have written a patch. If any one is interested I will send it.
