Make the site docs more generic

I propose we try to minimize the site content that will be in a 
continuous state of flux, like detailed roadmap or milestone plans, as 
recent wiki activity has show it to be a superior tool for development 
planning.  I'd like to see one roadmap page with a very high level list 
of proposed versions and a sentence or two on their purpose.  This will 
make them easier to maintain and be less confusing for users when they 
inevitably fall out of date.
