At the moment, nightly build creation is disabled because we are in the midst of converting the process of building Shale from Ant to Maven2. This process is nearing completion, at which point we will re-enable creating nightly builds of Shale. In the short term, it is necessary to build Shale from sources, as described on the website[1].
