That's right, you'll have to install it locally yourself. Sorry for
the hassle....it should only take a few minutes.
If you checked out Shale from svn using the following URL:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/struts/current/
1) cd to maven/pom/
2) change pom.xml version from 3-SNAPSHOT to 2
3) then $mvn install
4) go back and try building shale again
If did not, do this:
$svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/struts/maven/trunk/ struts-
parent-pom
1) cd to struts-parent-pom
2) then do 2 thru 4 from the above steps
