An error, not a failure... what's in the surefire logs?
$ cat integration/apps-it/target/surefire-reports/*.txt

I just checked out and built from the tag, and (of course!) the
integration tests pass here.

~/svn/struts/STRUTS_1_3_5/integration/apps-it
$ mvn

-------------------------------------------------------

...
Results :
Tests run: 9, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0

I've had trouble with Cargo and the JDK install, but usually that
would make all of them fail.
