I found these issues: 1.) ForwardConfig inheritance doesn't work when trying to inherit global forwards. There's code to handle it within the config objects, but they're not being triggered at app startup.
2.) Arbitrary properties don't get copied when creating ActionRedirect objects based on an existing ForwardConfig. Anyone have any objections if I reuse BaseConfig.inheritProperties() to fix this? Both issues affect features that weren't in the 1.2.x line, so people upgrading from a previous GA release won't be affected. I'll put in fixes within the week.
