I archived 1.3.0 to 1.3.4.

Well we can archive them... but we can also delete them too. These versions are 
mistakes and I cannot think of a reason to keep them around. However, if you 
want to just archive them, I will.. but please give a 2nd thought to deleting 
them too.

Struts 1.x already has a "Future" version which I can think suffices.

New item: Struts 1.x also has 5 defects logged for Struts 2.0 within the 1.x 
JIRA. What should we do about those?
