I intentionally didn't link to them prominently both because I'm the only one maintaining them, and they have to be done outside of the normal Maven build. The DTDDoc plugin for Maven 2 is coming along, Hervé just fixed a problem with multi-module builds where not all of the modules contain DTDs (like Struts 1).
