use unique versions for snapshots
Do we still need this, or does occasionally publishing a fixed
snapshot of Tiles 2 take care of most of the problems?
There's been talk of releasing Maven 2.0.5 which should resolve the
issue of it not downloading new snapshots unless they're timestamped.
No idea when, only that it came up on [EMAIL PROTECTED] recently.
