Now I can see if the struts*.xml files get reparsed multiple times and if so track it down.... maybe. Also Musachy, thanks for the pointer to the Wiki. That would have saved me time had I looked at it. Thing is I look at it all the time for tags and other stuff. I feel kind of embarrassed for not looking there first.
