There's also a tradition in the Incubator of "co-signing" releases. If the podling PMC votes on a release, and ithen any three members of the Incubator PMC can authorize the release. If Tiles were release ready, and we had at least three people here who were going to support it, I'm sure we can wrangle the PMC votes. After all, Greg is already on the PMC, Antonio has been a committer since July, and David is already a ASF PMC member, if for another project. So, we have a good crew here.
