Hi!
From what I remember, there are no special descriptors for uPortal
deployment. It's a while since I worked with uPortal, so I don't remember exactly where I found the instructions, but there are some deployment instructions somewhere in the uPortal documentation. I remember it involved creating a "channel" of some kind, and dropping the war somewhere... Try searching the uPortal wiki and see if you can find something there.

Which read me file are you refering to . There is a read me file inside the portlet war file but that does not contain any instructions but some jboss configuration file details. Also I cant find uPortal(portal server) inside apps/portlet/src/main/etc/ which simple example are u refering to? We just want to drop a struts2.0 sample portlet app (helloworld) to uPortal and see it works. If so we can learn the new struts 2.0 features as everyone fluent int struts 1.X Let us know how to proceed on this Tracy12 wrote: > > Hi, > > We downloaded struts 2.0.1, there is a struts2-portlet-2.0.1.war. > > Where can I see instructions to deploy this war file and see how it works. > I can't find any documentation. > > Do I need to apply any patches.? > > We are using uPortal as the portal server. > > > -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/struts-2.0.1-sample-portlet-app-tf2682160.html#a7482579 Sent from the Struts - Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
