At least half of those are enhancement requests. I had every intention
of continuing to build these into 1.3.6 until your idea to do a release.
The others are unconfirmed bugs. If you want to do a 1.3.6, I will push
those all off to 1.3.7 anyway.
The idea was to do 1.3.6 *before* doing additional development, like
the locale work.
For my work, the only big enhancement which is already in 1.3.6 contains
the new actionId work. The locale stuff is still local.
