Whoever added the releases to the main side bar again, thank you very
much. It's much easier to find our releases again.

+1 that sounds good to me.
Just to extend the policy, we do mention Struts 1.2.9 on the welcome
page as "also available", and it makes sense to coordinate the welcome
page with the site menu. (So, as Wendy would say, "they match".)
