Great news. We have consensus regarding the fact that we should ask the
board to approve the Tiles TLP Resolution.

During voting a couple of things came up:
1) We should not submit the resolution with the original proposal.
Instead, the resolution should suffice.
2) We may want to add a "small self-referential description" in order
avoid the board requesting more info.
#1 is easily enough to take care of. . .how do we go about adding a
tiles description to the legal jargon in the resolution? Any examples?
