Wendy, the 1.3 change was "reverting" to the original 1.3 version. The 1.4 additions were wrongly made to 1.3, and so I rolled it back. "reset" is still there, but "populate" is now exclusively in 1.4.

When you say copy, do you mean an SVN copy? I haven't used that command before, but is that what you're recommending?
