All the HTML is verbatim and smashed together. Who can help?
I think that the "tag reference" menu item should be removed, since it
has been superseded by taglibdoc:
http://struts.apache.org/1.x/struts-taglib/tlddoc/html/link.html
In taglibdoc all HTML tags work correctly
