I'm going to create a dojo profile to improve caching, in response to WW-1536, using the js files generated by this profile instead of the regular ones will be controlled by an attribute on the head tag, while I'm at it I'd like to upgrade to Dojo 0.4.2. All this time I was under the impression we were using Dojo 0.4.1 when in fact we are using 0.4.0. Any objections?
