Sorry, I should have been more clear. I didn't mean that I had committed
anything. I have a habit of doing `svn up .` and noticed that there had
been an update. I was more interested in the JIRA list though, I get
notified when a watched item or an item I created is changed, but I
thought I had heard of a list where new items are posted.
