Anything later than 2.1.0 (so yes, 2.1.2.... are included). Basically I'm counting useful patches, so if you've submitted something that needed fixing you get the points.

When you said 2.1.1 or Future, does that include 2.1.2, 2.1.3, ...
2.1.X and Future or just 2.1.1 and Future?
