Count on me, Paul. But I have a question: why do you still want to work on the 1.3 branch? If it is for your own interests, ok. But please don't do it for Struts "users" (aka "freeloaders") that don't contribute. My opinion is to follow on 1.4 development and discard 1.3.x branch.
