I don't think it is stable enough for a GA (and there are apparent licensing issues I guess), but I think it is good enough to be BETA and to get into our user's hands for more testing. Unless there are huge legal issues or show-stopping stability problems, we need to be getting these releases out to our community or we will never get a GA build.
