Yeah, I've found I don't need the idea plugin anymore with Selena. Opening even a complicated, multi-module Maven build only takes a few seconds, as it resolves dependencies and source jars in the background. You can open a project just by opening its pom.xml, which is quite handy for reducing steps to start coding. Glad to see IDEA adopting the Eclipse feature of being able to background stupidly modal processes.
