If this is a Struts question it should be asked on the struts-user mailing list; the dev list is for the development of Struts itself. It's not clear to me that it's on-topic, though. You did know that zip files can be used on the classpath, right? And that, in fact, jar files *are* zip files? Look at the first few bytes.
