Dave, if you can allow Hudson to send messages to dev@, then I'd be
satisfied. I don't know who originally filed the JIRA on infra...
I have no idea how to do that; all I know how to do is hit "accept" and
"deny" links in the emails, and I haven't seen any from Hudson yet.

I don't want them to come to dev, though; they should go to commit@,
where the Bamboo msgs go.

Sorry it took so long to get back on this, I've had a long day :(

Anyhow, to allow messages from hudson, as mod (you, Dave), you have to send an email to
commit-allow-subscribe-hudson=hudson.zones.apache....@struts.apache.org

I think, once that's done, you'll allow hudson to post messages to commit.

I got a failure (appended) from that address.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<commit-allow-subscribe-hudson=hudson.zones.apache....@struts.apache.org>:
192.87.106.230 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 mail to commit-allow-subscribe-hudson=hudson.zones.apache....@struts.apache.org not accepted here
Giving up on 192.87.106.230.
