Don, I'm not familiar much with Git. I know of it, and have read a little about it. Is there a significant advantage to using Git over Subversion? I know it is used heavily for the Linux Kernel and that it was built to handle certain things a bit better, but my main question is - should I start using Git rather than SVN? I know IDEA has support and just about any time an IDE starts managing SCM for me, the details of what and how things are done become a bit irrelevant. So, should I point IDEA to the Git mirrors and then go about business as usual? -Wes -- Wes Wannemacher Author - Struts 2 In Practice Includes coverage of Struts 2.1, Spring, JPA, JQuery, Sitemesh and more http://www.manning.com/wannemacher --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@struts.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@struts.apache.org
