We have talked like 276 times about bringing the json plugin in, the reason we were not able to do it before was because one of the main contributors is not a struts committer and didn't have a CLA in file either. I asked him to attach the code to a jira ticket and grant ASF all the rights, so now we should be good to go. Should I go ahead and bring it into the sandbox, or do we need anything else? (we had reached a consensus do do this some time ago)
