Hello all, I am looking for possibilities of using Unified EL along with Struts 2 tag library instead of OGNL. I understand that as of Struts 2.0.9, use of Unified EL along with Struts tag has been disabled.
I saw discussions before on this topic but they all date back to the year 2007. I learnt from Tom Schneider that the source for the Unified EL plugin is in the Struts 2 sandbox: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/struts/sandbox/trunk/struts2-uel-plugin/ I would like to know the status on development of this plugin and also is there any other effort being taken to have expression languages pluggable in Struts 2 framework?
