Okay, now I see you mean number 6, 7 and 8 under "Getting Ready" on that page: Release the upcoming version in JIRA (under Administration/Manage Releases) and tag the release date Add next milestone version to the JIRA roadmap Create DONE and TODO filters for the new version, share with all, and remove obsolete TODO filter (The content of the page only has 3 steps with lots of sub-parts, that's why I asked exactly what you were having trouble with.
