It's a curse! Really, I think it's just a matter of some people focus on actually *working* on Struts 2 instead of talking about it--I'm getting back in to the code base (finally) but others have been doing the real work.
It's all a matter of priorities, both inside the Struts 2 world, and the "real" world.
