I was able to move the folders out of /www/struts.apache.org and into
my home directory...

I figured I would be able to force a change of ownership / perms once
they were in a directory that I owned, but that didn't work :(

In the meantime, the 2.x.old folder is no longer in
/www/struts.apache.org so it is out of the way and I'll deal with it
personally sometime :).
