I tried out the 2.3.3 snapshot yesterday, pulling it down with Maven. I was able to successfully pull down struts2-core, xwork-core, the Spring plugin, the JUnit plugin, and the Confg browser plugin, but the Convention Plugin doesn't seem to be available for the snapshot build. Is this intentional?
