+1 for dropping the SiteGraph plugin Given: * steps required to generate * requirement of a seperate program to view it (dot package from GraphViz)
I don't think that it's actively used by more than just a couple people. When it gets dropped there should be: * a clear warning in the version notes of the version where it gets dropped * from the moment the decision is taken: a warning on the plugin documentation page that it will be dropped Regards, Stefaan Dutry (sdutry) 2017-03-09 12:21 GMT+01:00 Lukasz Lenart <lukaszlen...@apache.org>: > 2017-03-09 9:15 GMT+01:00 Johannes Geppert <jo...@apache.org>: >> Hi, >> >> according to the central stats at https://repository.apache.org it is used >> but really rarely. >> I also think this plugin could be removed from the official distribution. >> >> But should we first mark it as deprecated before we remove it? > > We can mark it but in my opinion nobody is using it, it won't work and > I think nobody generates site graphs manually these days (to use this > plugin you must manually launch it from the top folder of your Struts > app) > > > Regards > -- > Ćukasz > + 48 606 323 122 http://www.lenart.org.pl/ > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@struts.apache.org > For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@struts.apache.org > --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@struts.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@struts.apache.org
