How to test: set master pom version to 11 in the root pom of the
Struts 2, like this:
<parent>
<groupId>org.apache.struts</groupId>
<artifactId>struts-master</artifactId>
<version>11</version>
</parent>
(you must have the staging repository defined in your ~/.m2/settings.xml)
