Hi Lukasz.
I have no objections to marking that list of plugins as deprecated in 2.6.x.
There has not been much development activity for most of those plugins in a
while, from a quick review.
Also, marking them as deprecated might get the attention of anyone using those
plugins actively ... so that they can provide feedback if they feel that any of
those plugins should continue in the future.
So that is a +1 from me as well.
