Tested with Atlassian's Confluence Data Center along with the
struts2-velocity-plugin.

Observed one minor peculiarity with
struts.messages.upload.error.FileUploadByteCountLimitException where
the reported 'actual size' isn't consistent with Struts 6.x, however
this may be an underlying change in commons-fileupload2 rather than in
Struts - haven't investigated deeply. In any case, it's not a blocking
issue.

Other than that, no issues to report.
