Submarine uses Spark for data analysis, Python for algorithm development, and
machine learning framework for model training to generate model files.
Submarine needs to inherit apache ranger to control permissions for components
such as spark, python and so on.
This umbarlla will include the development work of submarine spark security,
submarine python security and other security modules.
