After discussed with the community members, I updated the design doc into 3 pieces:
1) Removed lots of duplicated contents and detailed implementations from the architecture <https://github.com/wangdatan/submarine/blob/SUBMARINE-469/docs/design/architecture-and-requirements.md> doc. 2) Added implementation notes for *environment creation* and *experiment*: https://github.com/wangdatan/submarine/blob/SUBMARINE-469/docs/design/implementation-notes.md Please review and let me know your thoughts. What I plan to do next: 1) Finish experiment implementation notes (I plan to add at least pre-defined template part), and a basic notes for storage. 2) Task breakdown and prioritization (assume there's no opposite opinion about design itself).
