Fix For: 0.5.0
Currently workflow to generate python API:
# start submarine server
# open localhost:8080/v1/openapi.yaml
# copy openapi.yaml to swagger editor
# generate python client API
# copy to pysubmarine
We should have a script to automatically generate python API when changing
swagger annotation in our job spec.
