One minor problem I found is that there're 15 JIRAs marked as 0.5.0 as a
fixed version due to unknown reasons. Below Jira's search criteria will
show them.
*project in ("Apache Submarine") AND fixVersion = 0.5.0 And statusCategory
= Done*
We should mark them as 0.4.0 for the fixes version.
