According to [Miro|[https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_kucuj6Q=/],] we will have
two different kinds of form, including customized form and predefined template
form. Adding two forms in one file will certainly cause problems since
experiment.component already contains too much code.
It is time to create two different form components for better readability, I
will make it happen as fast as possible since it will block the development of
experiment in workbench.
