Most of the Submarine Server REST tests (SUBMARINE-584, SUBMARINE-583, and
more) are not unit tests. A standalone MySQL server must run in advance for
them to pass.
This jira aims to convert them to unit tests. (or make them integration tests
-- via mvn verify command)
