Description: Update README.md in submarine-cloud-v2 about code formatting.
(was: Currently we only setup checkstyle for enforcing coding style for Java
files. We need to enforce coding style on Golang files too. To achieve this, we
can use gofmt to format our golang files automatically.
Possible solutions:
# Write down "Please run gofmt after writing golang files" in README.md
# Setup checkstyle for golang files and update README.md
# Setup pre-commit hook so that gofmt is automatically executed before git
commit)
