Currently, the
[mlflow|https://github.com/apache/submarine/blob/master/helm-charts/submarine/templates/submarine-mlflow.yaml#L85]
and [minio
|https://github.com/apache/submarine/blob/master/helm-charts/submarine/templates/submarine-minio.yaml#L93]
server are connected by hard-coded IP. However, it is not viable for
real-world application. We should replace it with DNS name. Whoever takes this
issue can reference the [official DNS
doc|https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/dns-pod-service/].
