Description:
After importing istio, the created pod will add istio side car.
Istio side car service needs some securitycontext support, for example:
NET_ADMIN or NET_RAW.
After changing training-operator, we forgot to modify the rbac permissions
related to the training operator.
And I also found the new notebook-operator need a patch verbs in events resource
