Summary: Fix bug with agent listening to resource names

The resource names currently listened by the agent need to be changed
accordingly due to resource name adjustments in the notebook (resource id).
At the same time, we may need to adjust some of the agent's naming conventions,
which are currently too long and somewhat repetitive for some resources.
