Earlier, I wasn't linking libiconv library. Now, i link it to the system
default, but still these tests continue to fail.
hudson] ldd subversion/svn/svn |grep iconv
libiconv.so.2 => /usr/local/lib/libiconv.so.2
Meanwhile, when I try to build apr-iconv, the make command is failing:
make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `iso-8859-1.la'
