For the record, I agree that the "Getting Involved" page should make much, much more reference to the HACKING document. What's there is just a first draft, really, whipped up by Mark and myself to get something in place. Many of the points need to be fleshed out a bit with specific details and references to "the way we do things 'round here". -- C.
