The intention is to allow people that just joined or were split for a few minutes to read some backscroll. Also, when someone said something useful, I'd like to be able to get it back (without having to ask kfogel for his log). We can make the /topic clarify that dev@ is the proper place to make decisions and ask for votes. Looking good so far. If we don't get a veto by tomorrow, I'll ask for logging. ~Neels
